Fill in the blank- • My favorite thing to do on a Saturday morning is....... • Mine is to sleep in a little waking up around 7:30-7:45am, pour myself a warm cup of coffee, have cuddles with my fur babies🐶🐈, then slowly make it to the couch to cozy up with my book and read for an hour or so. •It's funny when I hear the assumption that realtors do nothing and make a lot of money. The reality is we're so focused on making our clients happy that we're busy juggling everything around in the background for them. And at any moment, chaos can ensue and in no way, shape, or form do we even want to let them know anything other than "it's going to be ok”. • 90% of the time, this profession is hard. It's difficult not to get emotional when your clients are emotional. It's difficult to have to stay professional when things are going wrong. It's difficult to tell people no. It's difficult to balance it all..but, truthfully, at the end of the day, it's rewarding because you moved the right puzzle pieces around to make the puzzle fit. And every transaction is a brand new puzzle!🧩 • Let's face it, selling real estate is rewarding because as realtors, we are involved in our relationships. We are a part of accomplishing a major milestone in other people's lives. And for me, I would take any "case of the Mondays" or chaos that comes my way! • If you're a new agent here's some helpful tips: *Find a mentor! I did the @tomferry coaching program for my first 6 months. I surrounded myself with some of the highest producing agents across the country and created a solid learning base. There are tons of coaching/mentor programs out there..yes it's an investment! But the best investment you can make is on yourself and your new business! * With SO many real estate agents around, it's imperative you create your Brand. How will you differentiate yourself, property niche?, marketing? Community involvement? ** you can't begin to sell yourself until you know who you're selling! *Create a business plan! Like anything in life, success takes planning! I've seen so many agents just wing it. It doesn't work! Sit down, plan out your intentions.
