Their really good people, doing really good work, for a really cool 🌎, you’ll dig them! . . Last photo is a dude named Gus who had an awesome front yard garden. He was harvesting tomatoes one morning so I stopped to talk with him. He was growing strawberries, cucumbers, squash, eggplant, multiple tomato varieties, wheat grass and he had a great flower garden to attract 🐝(it was working great). We had a similar story, the same interest, and a great conversation. I love meeting new people. . . ... time to take what we learned and strive to create a greener tomorrow. Denver is composting and bike land. Sooo many bike lanes. Public 3 bin systems all around. Much to grow in Athens but so proud of what our community has done so far! Glad @thepurebag sent me to an awesome yoga class to take in all the new knowledge from @ecoproductsinc! Everything is overwhelming. But everything is possible too.

Found the truck that inspired Let Us Compost on a road trip with my daughters to North Georgia this weekend....7 years ago, I saw a picture of someone in cutoff denim shorts with a big smile standing next to it. That image sparked complete joy and I have no idea why. Our first truck cost $500 broke on almost all the routes. But the engine of the dream has kept going because of all the people who support Compost culture in Athens 💚💚💚
