After seeing other brewery operations during our trip to Maine this fall, Joey knew he could implement a better kegging system here at PEIBC. • He designed our new centralized keg filling unit that will improve the quality of each fill and save us over 100 hours of labour each year. By being able to control our fill levels, it’ll be the perfect keg every time with minimal foam. • Proud as always to have team members at every level who are committed to making sure we’re always improving processes/quality/products here in the brewery. Fresh on tap as of 5 minutes ago: Hoppy Brett 🍻 • This is the first of our 100% Brettanomyces fermented beers. It’s a great starter beer if you haven’t tried a lot of farmhouse style ales. Easy drinking with a fruity character and a little farmhouse funk.
It’s back! • Brewed like a typical IPA with light toasty malts but with the addition of de-bittered black malt for mild toasty notes. Hopped and dry-hopped with lots of modern tropical hops. Black Banks is available in our Taproom, the Gahan Beer Store and @gahanpub today!
