Our Y5s and Y6s had a visit from the met police today to learn about cyber crimes and how to keep themselves safe online. They learned a lot and were able to think about their cyber skills.
The MET work with young people to show them how their cyber skills can be used in jobs within the security sector, diverting them away from criminal pathways. They also support them to make informed choices when using technology and understand what counts as legal and illegal activity.

We had an amazing day at The Championships Wimbledon (despite the downpour! 🌧️). We wished good luck to the players entering Centre Court and are our snacks on the infamous hill. The strawberries and cream were delicious! The Southern Village Entertainment Centre was great fun. 🎾🏆🍓

A group of year 5s recently travelled to the BFI to watch the movie they produced with Heyday. The movie ‘Raiders of the Lost Property’ tells the curse of the lost property pile and one unlucky girl who was swallowed by the nameless pile of clothes. Will they ever brake the curse and free the innocent girl?

The house garden has had a revamp! Ex-pupil Caleb (now Horticulturist at Kew Gardens) and the Eco-Council worked together to redesign the garden. The children asked lots of questions about each plant and discovered lots of creepy crawlies living in the ground 🐛 🪱 Thank you @calebjob for the donations! Swipe to see the before! 🌳 🌿
