Jennifer Welsh started bartending in college at Penn State University and has been in industry for 17 years. She currently lives in San Diego, CA. Her hobbies outside of bartending including: vintage clothing, fitness and nutrition.
Our bartender today is @officialjimmy_buffet. Living and bartending in Western North Carolina, Molly has been fortunate to work in places with a strong connection to the amazing farms and food surrounding her. Taking these local ingredients and creating a cocktail that is both delicious and accessible to her guests is what makes her love being a bartender! This cocktail combines her love of rye, strawberries and amaro to make something she promises you can do at home too.

Robert received a BA in Photography in 2014 and joined a major real estate company's start up venture. By early 2017 the start up had collapsed and he was out of work. This became a major turning point in Robert's life path. He started barbacking for quick cash and by summer he had landed a job as a bartender. Robert was trained by Ira Koplowitz of Bittercube Bitters and has since found success, being named a finalist in many cocktail competitions. Robert has also been featured by Forbes Magazine in both April and June of 2019. You can now find him flippin' tins and pourin' whiskey at a lounge in OTR, Cincinnati.

Christina Basham is a 16 year veteran bartender from Columbus, Ohio where she is President of the local USBG chapter. She's had the pleasure of serving cocktails in almost every space you can imagine, with most of the last 9 years in craft cocktail bars. Her favorite spirits are aged, and her favorite wine is sparkling. When she's not behind the stick, she's relaxing with her wife and puppies or working on her hospitality enterprise, Bubbles & Agave Creative.

In his own words: “My dream was to pursue Navy SEALs like my older brother, but unfortunately I had to forsake that goal due to some back injuries from Muay Thai. After making that hard decision, the next choice was easy...pursue high end bartending due to my love of mixology. My passion for tending bar has only grown over these last two years-I am very new to the industry- and it has fueled my competitive side that I was used to with training for SEALs and Muay Thai.”

Josh has spent the last few years as the Whisk(e)y Warden and Spirit Guide at Wingtip, a private club in San Francisco that boasts a collection of more than 450 whiskies from around the globe. He's been a bartender, and brand ambassador, and a professional musician. In quarantine, he's gotten back to playing a lot of live music and teaching virtual cocktail classes. Well, the cocktails are real, but the classes are virtual.

She has been in the Los Angeles bar scene for five years and most recently was working at Harvard & Stone in East Hollywood.
