The thing she misses most during this time is shaking it up for her regulars because she believes bartending starts with hospitality.

Jessica O’Brien (lots of people call Jayo), Has been in the industry for 17 years, 7 of those years Behind the bar. She has been in charge of the cocktail program at a great cocktail bar in Albuquerque for the last 3 years, where she changes the menu every season. She has also appeared in, and won, several bar tending competitions, including New Mexico’s largest state wide event - New Mixico.

He grew up in Seattle, Washington and moved to San Antonio, Texas in 2009 to pursue an architecture career. With 8 years of hospitality already under his belt, Corey fell in love with the passion and intense bar programs and decided to make bartending his true calling. He started working at craft cocktail bars when he moved to South Florida and instantly fell in love with it. His favorite style of cocktails are tiki exotic cocktails. He’s currently working at a bar in Boca Raton.

A native to Atlanta, GA, Ben recently moved to New York City by way of Hawai’i to open a bar in collaboration with SG Group. He most recently spent some time in Tokyo working at The SG Club after spending 2 years as the Beverage Manager at the Four Seasons in Maui. Being in the industry for 15 years, Ben enjoys exploring flavors and stretching ingredients beyond their standard uses. Meghan works as a bartender and creative consultant in Palm Beach, FL, where she has bartended for the last 5 years. Once a professional ballet dancer, she traded in her pointe shoes for a mixing glass and spot behind the stick. She found bartending a perfect outlet for her creativity and passion for both performing and hospitality. She is in her second year as Secretary of the board for the Palm Beach chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild, dedicated to educating and advancing the careers of bartenders through service, knowledge and camaraderie.
