A simple design can be significant and interesting, it's all about the details. That's what we wanted to accomplish with this logo and pattern design. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While I do love a pop of color here and there, my favorite designs are those that use neutral colors.
I've been spending way more time than I should in front of the computer this week, but I'm honestly really excited about it because I'm working on two new web designs using @showit.co and I can't wait to share them with you guys. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ More details coming soon!
This still is one of my favorite color combinations from client projects. Blush and navy, such a classic and feminine style. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tell me, what's your favorite color?
Are you a coffee or tea person? My favorite is a chai tea latte, hot in the mornings and cold in the afternoon. How about you? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ PS. This image may have nothing to do with coffee but aren't these flowers so pretty?
I've been spending the last few days updating my portfolio page on the website. It's surprising how tricky it can be to arrange each project in a way that it's easy to navigate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Have you stopped by the site lately? Go check it out and let me know what you think!
A big part of the process I follow when working with a client on their brand visuals is gathering inspiration. This is such a fun part of the process but sometimes it might be tricky to know where to start. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While you can just start searching for images that reflect the style of your brand, the very first step is to choose a color palette. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This will make everything easier when it’s time to put together your mood board. You can use a tool such as @designseeds to find those colors that blend well together, keeping in mind your audience and what you wish to communicate.
