Ready for the next verse? Tetraverse IPA -- brewed with a pale and oat heavy malt bill, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Columbus hops, and fermented with Ebbegarden Kviek -- comes out this Saturday at Oss and Hafis. . . . It showcases enormous wild berry, orange peel, and tropical fruit notes while maintaining a low bitterness and sky-high drinkability. And it's just as small a batch as Glitterverse so, you know, hurry.

In the dead of an extraordinarily ominous winter last year, a vision came to us out of the darkness -- a pure beacon of light, in beer form. An effervescent, mind-bending, electric shock capable of resuscitating our frozen hearts, and crestfallen minds. Our task? Translate the profound intensity of a laser beam into a bottle of beer. . . . Today we unveil our newest beer series and antidote for the unknown: humans, meet Fizzy Blaster, a barrel aged, double sour, with apricot, plum, and vanilla. The acidity level is unsubtle, the fruit flavour is vivid, the experience is over-the-top. It’ll put a zing in your step! Electrify your tastebuds! Zip zap your palate! . . . We feel it prudent to slap a warning on this one, because it’s not for everyone (Ie, the faint of heart, the sour naysayers, the seekers of nuance). Fizzy Blaster is a smashing beer, for hot days and hard times. Enjoy with caution. . . . $8/BTL, available at Oss and Hafis, Saturday June 15th.
Our newest A Stout With Coffee utilizes Ethiopian Amaro Natural and Bourbon Barrel Aged Ethiopian Hambela Natural beans (side note, if you've never had barrel aged coffee beans get ready to expand your mind) from @moderntimesbeer roastery. . . . It's available immediately at Oss, Hafis, and online!
We’re headed to NYC next weekend for a few events, the first one being a tap takeover/ six course dinner with (optional) beer pairing @torst_nyc on June 20th! We picked some gems from our bottle cellar, and shipped down our freshest kegs -- we’re honoured to share our beers in such a beautiful space. . . . The dinner event is ticketed (available on the @torst_nyc website, and as a link in their bio), the tap takeover is not, and we’d love to see you at either or both! We’ll be pouring the likes of Paper Tiger, Tropical Jelly King, WPF, Jutsu, ManTan Milkshark, and Farmageddon to name a few. We’ve wrangled our finest and look forward to seeing you in Brooklyn soon!
