I’ve been starting my morning by getting up and meditating, then pulling a couple of oracle cards for the day. I find it’s such a great way to get guidance for your day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I also light some incense sticks or a smudge stick and sit and journal what I’ve pulled, what I’m grateful for that morning and my feelings - thoughts and body.
