Dartmouth Engineering Professor Tillman Gerngross and his team are working to protect us against current AND FUTURE coronavirus outbreaks. Yesterday, his company, Adagio, announced they are one step closer with new $336 million Series C funding. Human clinical trials have already begun and they are aiming for Emergency Use Authorization by the end of the year. "Coronaviruses have been spilling over into the human population now in three documented cases during the past 20 years," says Gerngross.
